ORDERING

You can create an account by clicking on ‘Login’ at the top of the Outdoor eStore website, click the New Customer? Sign up →, and entering all the required fields.

You will receive a confirmation email with your user name and password which you can use to sign in each time you order.

You can also create an account whilst checking out. On the Payment Details Page, ☑️ the Remember Me box before paying.

You can go to the ‘Login’ page and click on ‘Forgot your password?’ link. You will need to enter your email address that you previously registered with and we will resend your password to your email address.

Once you have submitted your order on our website you will receive an email to confirm we have received your order. You can also view your order details under ‘My Account’ if you are logged in.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by MasterCard, Visa Card, American Express, PayPal, ApplePay, GooglePay and we also offer ShopPay by Shopify for speedy checkout.

We do not store any credit card details on our website. All payments are processed through a secure financial gateway.

All prices advertised on our website include GST.

Unfortunately due to our contract limitations Outdoor eStore is not permitted to supply to addresses outside Australia. We do also have a New Zealand site where we sell some of the same brands.

Orders are usually processed and shipped as soon as we receive them which makes it difficult to cancel orders. Please contact us as soon as possible if you are wanting to cancel and we can see what can be done.

SHIPPING

All orders are packed with protective wrapping to ensure you receive them in great condition.

Once your order has been posted you will receive an email to advise you of this, it will include the tracking number. You can also view your order details under ‘My Account’ at any time.

You can then track your shipment using the MYPOST App or Website.

Postage of items usually takes between 3-7 business days depending on your location.

Subject to Australia Post schedules, COVID-19 and Peak Periods may impact delivery times.

Australia Post eParcel Service. You will be able to track your shipment using Australia Post MYPOST Service.

Yes, Australia Post does deliver to PO Boxes.

Unfortunately due to our contract limitations with our suppliers, Outdoor eStore is not permitted to supply to addresses outside of Australia. Our New Zealand store ships all over NZ.

You can track your items by viewing the order details under ‘My Account’. You can also use the tracking number provided after to despatch to track your item in transit with Australia Post. Enter the tracking number at MyPost.

Not all deliveries require a signature on arrival.

You can also manage your delivery, including notifying Australia Post of a "safe drop" location, a redirection, post locker or authority to leave. simply login to MYPOST, track the shipment and notify them of any changes or conditions. You can also use the Australia Post App

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Yes we can accept returns for credit if the items are unused, in original condition with tags still attached. You must contact us within 7 days of purchase if you would like to return your items. Please contact us to arrange this via service@outdoorestore.com.au Refunds are not available for change of mind.

WARRANTIES

Yes. All items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Each item has a different manufacturer warranty period. Please visit the individual brands/manufacturers website to get exact warranty details.

If you discover any defects in your product or it falls within the warranty period offered by the manufacturer, please contact us via service@outdoorestore.com.au including photos if possible.

We will organise with you to return the item for assessment if required, and after assessment, we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate.

PRICING

Our prices include all local taxes including GST and are updated regularly.

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors with our data can happen and will be corrected where identified and Outdoor eStore reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been submitted, whether or not the order has been confirmed and/or your credit card/PayPal has been charged. Where the error is minor we will honour the price listed, but if the error is substantial and obviously an error, then we will revoke the offer and if needed refund any orders. If your credit card/PayPal Account has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Outdoor eStore will issue a credit to your credit card/PayPal account in the amount of the charge as soon as the error is identified.
