We will be shipping orders up till 12:00 noon Christmas Eve - Friday 24th December. Orders will need to placed by about 9:30am on the 24th in order to get them picked and packed before our 12:00 o'clock Australia Post pick up.
Our warehouse will be closed from 12:00 noon 24th December 2021 up to and including Monday 3rd of January 2022, and will reopen on Tuesday 4th of January 2022.
All orders placed after after 9:30am on 24/12 will be processed after we reopen on the 4th of January. Please note that we expect a small backlog and it may take a few days to pick, pack and ship all orders placed over the Christmas/New Year break.
Please also note that Australia Post recommends that your orders are shipped by the following dates in order to receive them before Christmas, and we recommend a few extra days at the moment!
Shipping from NSW to: NSW, VIC, TAS, QLD & SA: 13th December
Shipping from NSW to: WA & NT: 8th December.
13/12/21 UPDATE: WE'VE JUST ADDED AN EXTRA SERVICE - you can now select Express Post for all orders under 5kg in weight. This is a limited time offer that will cease on 24/12. All orders that select express post will be prioritised in our warehouse and put into an Express Post Satchel to suit. Please note, we cannot guarantee Australia Post's delivery time frame so please check their website for updates, and we suggest allowing a day or two extra!
Currently Australia Post recommends that orders are shipped by the following dates when using Express Post.

Shipping from NSW to: WA & NT: 15th December.
